Just 8 dinner guests will fly private to Key West for an enchanting evening of culture and Oceanside cocktails at the historic Southernmost House, followed by an exclusive 8-course Signature Tasting dinner at Ambrosia, one of Key West's hottest Japanese restaurants. After dinner, explore the winding picturesque streets of Key West or have a drink with a local at one of Key West many open air bars. Return to Miami later that evening under the star-lit sky, drink in hand, and savoring the experience as the blaze of the runway lights welcomes us home.

Our journey departs from Miami Executive Airport, located 35 minutes Southwest of Miami Beach. Simply park your car, and walk through the lounge to the waiting Cessna Caravan, and join your 9 dinner companions for a spectacular evening. With a drink in hand, luxuriate in the joys of flying private! As your flight departs, savor the breathtaking views of the sun setting over Miami...

Arrive in Key West just 43 minutes later. After enjoying the panoramic views of the Keys upon arrival, guests will travel to the Southernmost House for cocktails, a dose of Key west history and stunning sunset views.

Delve into Key West history at the Southernmost House, a historic inn built in 1896 as an oceanfront home for Key West's first millionaire - and a favorite hangout of Ernest Hemingway. Sip cocktails on the beach or by the enchanting pool, tour the historic inn and enjoy engaging conversation with fellow travelers before heading off to a grand tasting dinner at Ambrosia.

The evening continues with a stroll along the Ocean to Ambrosia – one of Key West’s finest Japanese hotspots, where guests will indulge in a culinary journey of the restaurant’s signature dishes featuring a selection of appetizers, crispy shrimp and vegetable tempura, followed by flower-filled trays of the freshest sushi featuring local Key West fish, tender Kobe steak cooked on small table side grills, and gorgeous large plates of signature desserts - a sampling of chocolate fondant, banana tempura with banana ice cream and mango sorbet.

Then, explore the local culture and nightlife before heading back to Key West Airport for the journey back to Miami at 10:30 pm. During your 43-minute journey, savor the twinkling lights dotting the Keys and the glowing lights of the Miami skyline as we come in for the approach. Just 90 miles from Cuba, experience the classic Cuban Mojito at Key West’s First Legal Rum Distillery - an old Saloon from 1900. Meet the owner, founder and eco-chef Paul Menta, and see first-hand how garden-fresh ingredients are used to create naturally-flavored rums and cocktails. Our adventure continues with eco-cocktails made with locally sourced farm fresh fruits and a delicious seafood dinner of freshly caught local specialties.

Our eco-adventure begins at Miami Executive Airport, where you will board your flight. Simply park your car, and walk through the lounge to the waiting Cessna Caravan, and join your 9 cocktail companions for the evening ahead.

Arrive in Key West just 43 minutes later. Upon arrival in Key West, we travel to Key West's First Legal Rum Distillery, originally the location of Jack's saloon in 1900, then converted to a Coca-Cola Botting factory in 1903. 

After spending years learning about rums in Cuba, founder and chef Paul Menta, chose this location for the distillery. Using techniques he learned as a chef, each hand-crafted rum is cooked in kettles using local Florida sugar cane and infusions of garden-fresh coconut and key lime. 

Chef Menta will guide us through the rum making process, tasting the hand-crafted rums along the way. Each guest will experience and craft their own rum to bottle to take home. 

After our rum making adventure, we hop over to Chef Menta's sister restaurant, the Stoned Crab, where the culinary tour continues with eco-friendly cocktails made with ingredients from the chef's own garden. We begin at the newly launched Eco-Bar, which features only organic or sustainable wines and spirits, hand-crafted, eco-cocktails and craft brewed beers - showcasing the very best producers, who are committed to environmentally respectful farming and production methods.

Here, you'll meet with an expert Eco-Bar bartender for a lesson in how to use local, organic and seasonal ingredients to enhance the taste of a cocktail to a naturally delicious level. Then, using various all-natural alcoholic bases, including the Key West Legal Rum distilled earlier that day, you will mix, blend, stir, and shake the Eco-Cocktail of your dreams! 

The evening continues with sustainably caught local seafood specialities, where you dine on super fresh seafood dishes – many of which are prepared using Key West Legal Rum as a flavoring base.

Savor the experience before returning to the airport - rum in hand - for your flight back to Miami...another unforgettable evening!

Arrive Key West Airport just 43 minutes later. Upon arrival in Key West, we travel to the Southernmost Point of the Continental United States - a quiet and serene beach, where guests will unwind with yoga and the sounds of the soft waves breaking upon the shore. A small beach bar awaits with cold drinks to chat and savor the views.

Towering nearby is the historic Southernmost House, a historic inn favored by the likes of former Presidents and writers such as Ernest Hemingway. We will enjoy oceanside cocktails, experience a bit of Key West history and mix and mingle with our fellow traveling companions. 

A short walk down the picturesque street, we will share a farm-to-table tasting dinner, followed by time to explore old town Key West before heading back to Miami...
